Extruder Clogging

The printer chamber temperature is too high, causing the material to soften and compress at the extruder gear.resulting in clogging.Material is too soft and deforms under pressure at the extruder gear.Extruder gear is worn out, or the tension is too tight or too loose, causing itto either fail to grip or overly squeeze anddeform the filament.Filament diameter is too large or too small, preventing smooth passage through the extruder gear.

Nozzle Clogging

Nozzle wear.Printing too fast causes the nozzle to lag behind extrusion speed, leading to material buildup and blockage.Insufficient printing temperature prevents proper melting, causing clogging.
